A fairytale world of ice and light with caves, grottos and fantastic ice structures awaits you and your family in the Schwarzsee Ice Palaces.

 

When temperatures drop below freezing, it's time for the Schwarzsee Ice Palaces again. Every winter, a village made of water, snow and lots of imagination is created near Schwarzsee. The ice palaces can be walked through and climbed, making them a great family outing for young and old.

 

Two courses lead through the ice fairytale world. They both start and end at a playground. For the children, the ride on a huge, illuminated swing and the fast ice slide are among the highlights of the evening.

The real beauty of the ice palaces is revealed in the evening when it gets dark. Then the various ice formations are particularly impressive thanks to the shimmering colors of light. If it hasn't snowed yet, the ice palaces also glitter like crystal.
